 Increased the first time yield for all coatings work from an average of 24% to 68% during the first six months of service. This was accomplished by improving the process with contemporary tools and materials that are more effective and by training our technicians to have a much better understanding of the process. Current FTY is consistently averaging 90% from an average of 52% in 2013.
 Qualified a new PPG basecoat/clearcoat paint system to better meet the organizational objectives of CFAN's Paint Operations. Worked extensively with GE Aviation to accomplish this.
 Implemented Infrared Curing that reduced the cure cycle from 3 hours to 1.5 hours with a significant energy savings attached.
