Request Expert

Expert received a Ph.D. in Electromagnetics from MIT, Cambridge, Massachusetts. His dissertation supervisor was the late Prof. Robert L.
Kyhl, a veteran of the MIT Radiation Laboratory and a contributing author to the MIT Radiation Lab Series. For his M.S. degree, he studied
with the late Prof. Ronold W. P. King, an eminent antenna authority, at Harvard University. Since graduating, he has pursued a great variety of
design and analysis projects for both government and private industry. These include antennas for aircraft, submarines, terrestrial, and deep
subterranean applications, at frequencies ranging from ULF through microwave. He has performed extensive radar scattering analyses for
aircraft and missiles. He has pioneered the design and analysis of folded antennas in the MF band and is the author of a book about folded
unipole antennas dealing with both the theory and applications.

He created a comprehensive mathematical model and computer simulation for the electromagnetic navigation of relief wells for the oil industry. He provided extended expert testimony concerning the merits of a site for a telecommunications tower with respect to radio propagation paths, radio interference, and electromagnetic health effects. He performed extensive numerical analyses of radar scattering from missiles and aircraft. He performed extensive analyses of radio propagation from antennas on submarines. He performed extensive analyses of ultra wideband (UWB) radio propagation, interference, and signal detection, with much interaction with the FCC concerning licensing of this unique use of the spectrum.
