Expert is a registered architect with more than 30 years of professional experience in both architecture and interior design. He has been involved in both commercial and residential projects in all stages of design and construction. His experience includes award winning clubhouses, community centers, sports clubs, restaurants, specialty retail, corporate offices, mixed use developments, hospitality, industrial and custom residential projects. Expert received a Bachelor of Architecture from the California State Polytechnic University Pomona. He also studied Architecture in Florence, Italy through the California State University International Program. Expert is a Registered Architect in California and Hawaii. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a board member of the North Park Planning Committee, Chair of the North Park Urban Design and Project Review Committee, and a member of the North Park Garage Art Selection Committee. Expert received a Green Innovation Award in 2008 from Council member Lori Saldania.
