Expert has an extensive background which incorporates both academic and practical experiences that span over twenty-five years in Biomechanics, Ergonomics, Human Factors Engineering, and Product Development. Expert Witness/litigation support for both defense and plaintiff attorneys involving personal injury and product liability have included: railroad/FELA, maritime, auto collisions, bus/truck collisions, truck/car collisions, airbags/restraint systems, consumer products, construction tools (nail guns, ladders, drywall tools, etc.), slip/trip/falls, perception/decision making, sports injuries, sports equipment defects, bicycle, pedestrian, recreational items, closed head injuries, retail merchandising, warnings/labels, among many others.

Expert has been accepted into the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Biomechanics, American Industrial Hygiene Association, American Society of Safety Engineers, Society of Automotive Engineers, Institute of Industrial Engineers and Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. He has been invited to be a member of the HFES committee to evaluate the Proposed OSHA Ergonomic Protection Standard. In addition, he has been asked by OSHA to provide input to the Ergonomic Protection Standard through successes that he/ his company has had over the years with workplace ergonomics, and has been invited to be an instructor at the OSHA National Training Institute in Chicago.
