Expert has extensive experience in all aspect of PET bottle blowing, starting from preform and product design, through prototype operations and into full production. He has extensive knowledge of the injection molding process and machinery for the manufacturing of preforms and the blowing process and related machinery. He is familiar with mold design, both for injection and blowing. He has experience with in-plant operations such as resin conveying and drying, grinding and regrind utilization, bottle conveying, and quality systems including equipment and procedures. In the design area, he has an extensive background in the requirements for various end use and secondary operations of bottles and containers and the translation of those into engineering specifications and design concepts that assure high-performance levels. Expert is experienced in all PET applications, from non carbonated or solids, to beverage, both carbonated and non carbonated, to hot filling and high-barrier applications.

Expert has many years of experience in blow molding, product design, system requirements, and processing for various applications. This includes the selection of proper resin to meet product requirements, processing needs, and machinery suitability, specifically material preparation, the use of regrind to improve production economics, tailoring of the extrusion process, and die head design and other general plant operations including quality.

Expert has extensive experience in technical management, product development, plant operation, and equipment purchase and installation along with all auxiliary operations for resin handling, grinding, blending, drying, and storage. He is familiar with chillers and compressors. The products he has worked with include monolithic, coextruded, in-line and post laminated products, and embossed and mat surfaced products. The materials he has extruded include ABS, styrene, polycarbonate, PVC, cellulosics, and olefins.

Expert provided the technical framework and project management for developing various specialized blow molding equipment for proprietary use. Technical advise in the use of PET in several medical applications.Technical stuff training in PET, Plastic processes, design and martial science
