Over the course of his career Expert directly managed and/or played a key role in over a $ 1 Billion of capital projects in several industries including Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods.
Expert developed a very effective system and tools for managing and controlling the capital budget of complex industrial projects; he successfully used his tool kit in a number of capital projects for multinational corporations ranging from 10 million to 200 million USD. In some cases his cost control tools he implemented on his projects became the corporate standard for his client’s organization.

He managed the process of bringing new products from Stability to Commercial production including process design, equipment modification, commissioning and validation support.
He delivered over $ 20 million of capital projects consisting of packaging lines, Vial inspection line, and varies upgrades and modifications in existing line including compounding suites, form fill seal and sterile filling isolators.
