Expert is RICS conservation accredited and approved under the inspection of Churches measure for Quinquennial inspections in several regions. Alongside his private practice responsibilities Expert. Expert is a permanent consultant providing Church and Historic Building Advice to Employer and Local Church DAC (Diocesan Advisory Committees).
Considerable direct previous experience inspecting and providing conservation advice for Lime mortars and all traditional building materials such as Stone, Thatch, Oak, Lead, Copper, clay, cob, clay lump.
Expert. Expert provides PPS5 Historic Building Significance appraisals and consultancy advice for 'Urgent Works' and 'Repairs Notices' issued by Local Authority Planning and Conservation department.
As a Consultant working for Employer Expert. Expert is well placed to offer advice on grant process although any new commission presenting conflict of interest could not be accepted.
