Expert was part of a small team which undertook an assessment of the Coffee industry of Tanzania for the European Union in 2004. This was to assess the future viability and identify weak spots where the E.U. could introduce an aid program.In 2005 Expert was sent to the Honduras to provide a report on the quality of coffee and how it could be improved by better processing methods.From 2001 to 2005 Expert, under a German P.P.P. Aid scheme, paid a annual visit to the Central Provinces of Vietnam to upgrade the arabica industry there. By 2005 farmers were getting 5 times the price that they had in 2001.
