As a laboratory/quality control analyst/inspector that have participated or worked on production of various or numerous products I noticed that the color of our liquid detergent was similar/same with the color of flood water which did not appeal to our customers/clients in a West African community most of who use the products in washing off flood dirts on their vehicle or in a nutshell the negative impact of the flood water associated with the raining season adversely affected the perception and sales of the liquid detergent. Thus we changed the color of the detergent to glowing green like blossoming plants in spring, the sales appreciated immensely enabling or creating more latitude for increase in price. |
