Expert has twenty five years continuous experience in the inshore and offshore commercial diving and confined space access industries. He has gained considerable practical and technical experience during this time a both a military and commercial diver as well as a diving contractor and consultant. As Managing Director of a successful diving contracting company he has vast experience of completing large construction and NDT inspection projects for some of the largest oil companies in the world. He has had a direct role for implementing QHSE Procedures and Safety Management Systems for his own company and for other clients in the capacity of Consultant.

Expert has also been heavily involved for the past fifteen years in the provision of confined space access activities. These have predominantly been undertaken in the energy producing and petrochemical industries in underground cooling water systems, cooling ponds, tanks, silos etc.


He has just completed a 10 month consultancy contract for a client working in Southern Iraq. The client required the implementation of all QHSE procedures, the production of manuals and safety systems and the methodology was devised for the initial bid along with all scheduling and project management.Technical advice was given for a project in Qatar. The specification for the commercial diving workscope was written and included in an Invitation to Tender that was subsequently sent to local diving contractors.
