Member of Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce. Donated mediation time for Senior Citizen groups regarding construction problems with their builders or handymen before and after the 1994 Northridge California Earthquake. Board member of the Alliance of Defense. This organization closely monitors any and all illegal unlicensed activities in the community. They have sponsored and aided in 18 sting operations that were set up in designated houses under construction, luring unlicensed bidders to show up. After the set-up, the offenders were cited by the Consumer Affairs, ticketed by the Sheriff Department and fined up to $15,000.00 for contracting without a license.

Helped in the development of new computer software programs to aid in cost estimating after the Malibu Slides, El Niño, Northridge Earthquake and Oakland fires. All of the catastrophic events were in California. Worked with local building departments to rethink and reestablish building standards.

Aided in starting weSpark Cancer Support Center, a non-profit organization, in Sherman Oaks, California. Developed Men’s groups, drum circles and kids programs for the affected community’s families and guests. Help setup and fund charity events, celebrity golf tournaments.
