He believes that effective board and managerial control succeeds when strategies acknowledge a logical view of decision-making styles. Proficient decision-making generates effective managerial control and valuation of the business while strengthening the business's strategic performance in its world.

Expert's software program, Strategic Information Management (SIM), allows users to formulate, consolidate and sustain their distinctive decision-making proficiency and influence the effective managerial control and valuation of the business. The premises used to create a sensible board and management control program (business strategy review design, process, and performance) originate with the following business concerns: definition and evaluation of core business competencies, values, and needs; analysis and judgment of how the competitive enterprise operates; and business strategy review, effect, and assimilation with dynamic and often obscure external environmental forces.

Expert believes that successful managerial control of a business is attained with a logical decision-making method and his proprietary software, Strategic Information Management (SIM), captures this intent. Competitive factors such as profits, price, quality and service can be evaluated with his results-driven operational software model. His program also creates a memory track, or history, of a company's decision style for optimum managerial control of the changing business and enables companies to classify accurate business intelligence within general or adapted strategic business principles, including strategy review and audit practices.

By organizing accurate information within general business principles, Expert can help companies create a design for formulating, consolidating, and sustaining board and executive decision-making expertise. As a result, the decision-making expertise creates an effective management team and increases the value of the business, while strengthening the business's strategic performance.

SIM software offers owners a total design for formulating and strengthening executive decision making acumen for both business and mergers and acquisitions strategies. Expert's experience and connections offers clients a full range of business, pricing, financial, and M&A consulting services.
