As a full-time cosmetologist for over 45 years she serves her client base at her salon. As a consultant she has been engaged by salon product manufacturers for product development, hair color formulation, hair color marketing, salon product and service marketing, as well as professional hair color and style education. She is also the creator and developer of a professional line of hair care products and spa products.

The spectrum of her knowledge and experience encompasses salon and spa products, service standards, protocols, processes, and procedures, as well as service techniques and salon/spa technologies. She is the only Cosmetology Expert in the US who is Certified.

Expert is an actively practicing cosmetologist and expert on beauty salon and spa products, processes, procedures, policies, and standards. An award-winning professional, she has held positions as a hair stylist and colorist and has serves as a hair color and style educator.

Ms. Expert has assisted the legal profession in litigation and other legal matters related
to the cosmetology and beauty salon and spa industry for 35 years. Her investigative work
and expert opinions were instrumental in obtaining dismissals with prejudice in two
actions, one civil and one federal, in 2011.
