Myriad experiences, constant learning, and diverse exposure while serving roles from ground level to board level advisor, have allowed Expert to develop a broad knowledge and a deep understanding within many industries. Shaping, implementing, and growing budgets from small startups to nine-figure organizations have led to learning the responsibility, function, and execution of financial responsibilities and growth plans throughout his career. Expert has performed in capacities from basics through board-level advisory duties through many endeavors, spearheaded strategic growth initiatives in various industries, has overseen and managed capital improvements projects ranging from small fast improvements to multi-million dollar projects.

Along his path, he has enjoyed the training, teaching, and coaching others while finding the right fit for each and bringing out their best. Expert has had the privilege to manage and lead personnel ranging from a few people to over 200 ensuring he is always surrounded by the best people serving in the most productive roles to fit their talents.
