• Served as Systems NCO for the II MEF intelligence staff
• Provided direct desktop support as to 60 local users on 100 workstations, maintaining the ongoing cycle of technology upgrades and refreshes. He assisted in the coordination with subordinate elements to ensure intelligence systems requirements were identified and met, and that subordinate systems sections are collaborating on issues, concerns, and solutions.
