Working as DGM Special Projects on the prestigious Artillery Gun system, UAV system and Armoured Vehicles upgrade at Employer Defence Systems Ltd for over four years, wherein responsible for :
 Project planning, monitoring, and execution based on the budgetary limits and accepted timelines as laid by the customer to ensure good CRM activity.
 Responsible for ensuring correct product development with D&D team by providing the culled user domain knowhow, overseeing of integration of artillery gun systems, and thereafter carry out trials.
 Acceptance testing of the integrated system along with the customer based on the customer laid down processes and procedures.
 Establishment and maintenance of test facilities around the year in Pokharan field firing range to include logistic support while maintaining security during test operations.
 Designed the Engineer Support Package for the weapon system/ equipment, in keeping with the employment philosophy as laid down by the customer and post-contract management tenets.
