He has 30 years UK and international experience on projects up to US$1bn and capital asset management programmes up to US$8bn in value, including power plants, onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, civil engineering construction, process plants, industrial and heavy engineering, building construction and shipbuilding.

He regularly acts as expert witness and has given evidence in litigation and international arbitration proceedings on disputes up to US$100m, including giving oral testimony.

He is also reguarly appointed as a third party neutral in the capacity of arbitrator or adjudicator. He has written over 300 awards in this capacity.

Expert has acted on disputes throughout Europe, South East Asia, Middle East, Australia and the Americas.
