Ginny has worked on diabetic complications with national institutes in India such as NCL and small-scale drug discovery companies.

He has extended his expertise and special knowledge on diabetic complications for the development of a biomarker for diabetic complications.He has consulted for the development of economical and laboratory methods of measuring 3-DG using HPLC.He has consulted in the development of a cream to increase blood circulation using L-arginine.
