Expert has 23 years of military aviation experience, including 2500hours fast-jet and over four-years in test and evaluation of Unmanned Air Vehicles on behalf of a leading western air force. He has led teams and delivered operational excellence as a senior air force officer (including leading and delivery of a significant change management process in an operational theatre which delivered a 300% increase in military effect and recognition by NATO with the award of the Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding leadership). Latterly he has worked as a senior programme manager and business development executive for a leading military aviation firm (FTSE Top 100) achieving similar success and recognition.
