Expert has been the President of an electric control panels manufacturing company for 30 years. His company provides custom control panels for all types of automated industries including providing design and process instrumentation systems and programmable controller systems. Projects he has designed include: control systems for automated industries using analog instrumentation to control flow, pressure, temperature, level, etc.; automation control for mechanical processes, chemical process, and utilities for treating water and waste water; and control resistors for reduced voltage starting of electric motors.

Expert has experience in quoting, designing, purchasing and producing coal mine power distribution equipment. He has also designed and built hardware for industrial power distribution including portable substations and permanent installations. Early in his career, he was in charge of the electrical construction and maintenance of coal mines and coal processing plants.

He is presently applying electric motors to operate chemical process and other types of automated industries. He has carried out quality control and processes procedures in the repair of electric motors and other mining machine components. He also designed and developed track mounted personnel carriers for use in the coal mining industry.

He has designed and built electric power substations to transform electrical power from transmission level to the levels used by mining, commercial, and industrial operations. Expert has also designed and built electric power transmission lines used in industry.

Because of expert’s work in the construction industry, he is familiar with the safety standards applied to the utilization of electricity, the National Electric Code, and the National Electrical Safety Code. He has also worked with attorneys in litigation concerning electrical failure or injury.

His company designs and installs control systems in buildings and processes that reduce energy usage. He has designed power distribution systems which use the lowest energy loss method of distributing electric power. Expert also designs and applies hardware which controls motors using energy saving solid state drives. He is familiar with variable frequency control of motors.

Expert has, in the past, worked with attorneys to provide technical assistance in litigation.He has worked with utility users to reduce utility (energy) costs. Expert has worked with automated industries to improve process control.He has worked with insurance adjusters to determine possible subrogation in electrical claims.He has worked with general contractors to check installations and assure quality control.
