They have the ability to perform full-scale battery development including performance, packaging, safety, and environmental testing. They are also involved in obtaining hazardous waste permits for disposal of lithium batteries after testing is completed.

Expert and his associates have extensive experience in accident investigation involving electrochemical power sources, including determining the cause of accidents involving lithium batteries. Expert has directed a Judge Advocate General's investigation for the Navy surrounding a lithium battery accident. He and his associates have also performed similar investigations in the commercial sector. Expert recently served as an expert witness in a multi-million dollar legal case involving a lithium battery.

His testimony was given in superior court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
