Additional Experience

Expert Witness Experience
Expert was retained as an expert witness in cases involving the Clean Water Act as it pertains to commingling of urban storm water and water used to irrigate agricultural land. He worked for two different irrigation districts (plaintiffs) who were seeking damages from government entities that allowed urban storm water runoff to enter the plaintiffs irrigation works. Expert prepared reports describing the impact on water quality of urban runoff and was deposed in each case.
Training / Seminars
Expert has developed and delivered courses on engineering aspects of storm water management and statistical analysis of water quality data.

He has also developed and delivered undergraduate university classes in hydrology, wastewater treatment, and graduate courses in stochastic hydrology, geostatistics, water resources systems, water quality management, biological treatment of wastewater, hydropower systems, hazardous waste management, computer systems, renewable energy, and wind energy.
