Expert worked on the design, fabrication, and evaluation of microelectronic devices and circuits. He designed and built DNA sensors, Micro-pumps, diamond devices, MEMS gas sensors, Nanotechnology devices, and other microelectronic devices. He worked on the growth of high dielectric materials (BaSrTiO) for RF applications, material growth and characterization of ultrananocrystalline diamond thin films using microwave plasma enhance chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique, material growth and characterization of semiconductor materials, Pulsed Laser Deposition technique (PLD), growth of Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) using metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technique, characterization of Gallium Nitride materials, Characterization of semi-insulating and ion-implanted GaAs materials, and design and fabrication of silicon technology based devices and ICs. He worked also on the fabrication and characterization of GaAs MESFETs, IGFETS, ZnSe/Ge p-n junction diodes, ZnSe/GaAs p-n junction diodes, Metal/BaSrTiO/p-Si MOS diodes, ITO/Diamond hetero-structure diodes, ZnO MOSFETs, Diamond Field Emission Devices, Magnesium Oxide MOS devices. He developed fabricated and characterized integrated circuits, such as GaAs digital logic gates, GaAs MESFET Digital to Analog Converters. He designed MEMS pressure sensors, strain gauges, and pH and temperature sensors, using the Multiphysics software "COMSOL". Expert worked on the modeling and simulation of GaAlAs/GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistors for circuit simulation CAD tools, ZnSe/Ge Heterojunction Bipolar Transistors for circuit simulation CAD tools, n and p type GaAlAs Quantum Well MODFETs. Non-quasi-static modeling of GaAs MESFETs, GaN MESFETs, SiC MESFETs, GaAlAs MODFETs, and GaN MODFETs, HBTs, modeling using multiphysics software, COMSOL and Ansys.

Expert worked on the failure analysis of electronic sensors, devices, and systems. He has the knowledge to investigate and determine the cause of failure using undisputed scientific methods that can stand the cross examination in the court.
