Expert is also an expert in vinegar production, managing a 180.000 liters per month plant, including design, quality control, continuity of production and all relater activities and challenges.
For more than 30 years, Expert has directed large crews of people, from food machine operators up to process engineers and chemical labs experts.
With respect to quality control, Expert shows a large experience in design, manage and top level supervision of on the line and random quality control methods and procedures, including a team of people acting as quality control officers in large production lines for canned products.
