Expert is an expert in the field of fitness design and instruction for lifelong health. She has more than 20 years as an instructor and personal trainer and holds multiple certifications through the American Council on Exercise and Stott Pilates. She has taught and trained in a wide variety of settings, including universities, spas and private gyms. She is also an endurance athlete who competes in long-distance running and triathlon events.
