As a physicist, he acts as a subject matter expert in cases he animates.
Expert has been a laboratory physicist in multiple disciplines for a collective total of more than 10 years. He has performed neutron scattering and transport analysis for nuclear blasts and designed explosive detection systems using and thermal neutron absorption and gamma ray emission technology. He holds six granted patents in thermal neutron activation analysis, six provisional patents in financial technology, one in mobile device geolocation, and one in smart ammunition. He has given over 50 invited talks, has two papers published in refereed journals, and has managed a nuclear physics laboratory.
Expert holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, a Ground Instructor Advanced Certificate, a Senior Parachute Rigger Certificate, and formerly was a Certificated Flight Instructor. He personally trained 35 flight students for a variety of ratings, and has given more than 1,000 hours of flight instruction at all levels. Expert operated an aircraft Fixed Base Operation, and owed a charter airline certificated under Federal Aviation Regulation Part 135. He has packed more than 200 reserve parachutes, including two used in emergencies that resulted in lives saved, and also including five ejection seats using the Martin Baker system. He has made 138 parachute jumps from altitudes to 24,000 feet, using both round and square canopies.
Expert is a Project Management Professional [PMP] with the Project Management Institute, and am a Certified SCRUM Master. He has managed more than 100 projects, over more than 20 years, in software development, engineering, accounting, advertising, and nuclear particle physics.

He wrote software as a programmer, software engineer, and designer for more than 20 years, including operating systems, embedded, accounting, real estate, industrial testing, device control, and Web-based applications. He was the Vice President of Technology and Chief Technical Officer of what at the time was the largest outsourcer of Russian engineering talent in the world, and managed the development of 57 software projects over 5-1/2 years.
