He is capable of cell phone analysis pertaining to towers, transmitters, phones and software. He maintains current DOE expertise in military forensic high-speed video, as well as in photo enhancement using clear ID, pixel stacking, frame averaging, and other tools.
Expert has worked in 23 countries as a technical expert. He is published nationally.
Expert works with a large number of attorneys and law enforcement agencies on a technical level. He is responsible for enhancing data, clarifying audio and video, conducting military DB tests, and handling other related work.
