Expert consultation including evaluation of plaintiff, generation of report and testimony for the defense in a sexual harassment matter. Plaintiff alleged sexual harassment by employer due to demands placed on her in workplace. Arbitrator found plaintiff's claims without basis. Evaluation at the request of plaintiff's counsel of an executive alleging discrimination and termination from a foreign firm based on his national origin. Multiple evaluations of plaintiffs who have suffered physical and psychological trauma for both plaintiffs and defendants. Consultations and expert evaluations have been performed for major New York firms including Proskauer Rose, Davis Polk & Wardell, Holland & Knight, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Patton Boggs, and Jackson Lewis.
