Expert's experience includes evaluation of plaintiff, generation of report and testimony for the defense in Federal Court in an employment discrimination matter. Plaintiff alleged that he had been targeted by his employer on the basis of his national origin. Jury held that the plaintiff was not the victim of discrimination. Expert consultation including evaluation of plaintiff, generation of report and testimony for the defense in a sexual harassment matter. Plaintiff alleged sexual harassment by employer due to demands placed on her in workplace. Arbitrator found plaintiff's claims without basis. Evaluation at the request of plaintiff's counsel of an executive alleging discrimination and termination from a foreign firm based on his national origin. Multiple evaluations of plaintiffs who have suffered physical and psychological trauma for both plaintiffs and defendants. Consultations and expert evaluations have been performed for major New York firms including Proskauer Rose, Davis Polk & Wardell, Holland & Knight, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Patton Boggs, and Jackson Lewis.
