He attended the College of Law, DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois. His Franchise Seminar course is offered for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit for Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he has presented his Franchise Seminar course as a guest lecturer at the University of Illinois and Elmhurst College, and in a collaborative effort between the University of San Diego (USD) and the World Trade Center (WTC), and the Ahlers Center for International Business (USD), promoted international franchising by sending MBA and undergraduate business students abroad to complete in-country internships.

Assisted Client-Companies for Initial Public Issuance of Securities:

Developed the IPO strategy and groomed six client companies to become public entities. Services include structuring a team of experts including interviewing and selecting public accounting firms and securities legal counsel. Reputation has allowed Expert to attract prestigious investment banking firms to work with clients including UBS PaineWebber, RBC Dain Bosworth, Piper Jaffray, and Alex Brown. Consulting experience began in 1973 and continues to the present time. Over the years, Expert gained respect and trust from clients, which in several engagements led to being selected as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. During those times acting as a Corporate Executive, he continued to oversee his consulting practice. Expert's experience as both a franchisee and franchisor has instilled a profound understanding of the franchisor-franchisee relationship. He has been involved in structuring the development of hundreds of franchising and licensing programs in tandem with international marketing and sales activities.

Corporate Consolidation & Roll-Up Program Experience:

From 1975 to 1980, Expert created the M&A strategy and executed the tactical plan to acquire and open 35 Beauty stores & More retail stores in northern California. The Beauty Store & More was an upscale-premier beauty store destination for cosmetics, fragrance, skincare products, hair care products, and salon services located in fashionable enclosed shopping malls. In 1990, he acted as an intermediary and negotiated the sale of the company and its stores to Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc.
