Expert has been involved in the mold design business for over 30 years. He is responsible for designing molds, for developing CAD system for quick design process, and preparing mold part models for CAM. Expert has applied his mechanical engineering background and his 35 years of experience in glass field to increase the production speed and efficiency and also the product quality.He designed nearly 1500 different glass container and developed design principles according to many trials he made on production lines. He applied new parisons for blow blow, press blow and narrow neck press blow productions. Following these applications production speed increased nearly 1-2 gob per min. and efficiency increased nearly 4%. He designed 8 liter jar and its molds for IS machines.This is an extremity in glass container mass production area (It is possible to make much bigger containers as hand blown). He also designed new fixtures for glass mold production and repair. He also developed new cooling systems for molds.
