SALCO was identified as one of New Orleans Top 10 employers (6) in 2004, having been number 11 in 2003. Expert developed staff and support team to achieve annual growth within a declining reimbursement market. SALCO survived Katrina, and Expert developed disaster plans for the primary business and those physician practices under contract. Expert developed Six Sigma program with successful applications in referral management, insurance claim processing, and scheduling. He also created a non-profit foundation to provide supplemental patient care services.
