He has experience in the petroleum industry with over 15 years in maintenance and repair of tank 'farms'. He also holds patent 5,449,084 for a gauge pole seal. He is holder of a BA in Natural Science. He also has experiance in 'heavy' construction - power plants, parking garages, multi level buildings, underground cisterns and tilt wall construction. More than 1000 tilt panels erected without incident. He has however been asked to review several construction accidents as an expert. He is capable of operating any piece of equipment with an engine. He understands many of the construction elements as a trained scientist.

Reviewed accident involving death of worker when a crane fell and caused a tilt wall to land on him. Multiple causes to the accident.Reviewed a crane falling while holding a heavy load. No one was injured. Operator was declared at fault.Reviewed project involving moving a large petroleum tank from one location to another. Suggested floating it up river. Suggestion was used.
