She was also responsible for spearheading an effort to identify, develop and implement a global employee lifecycle learning curriculum designed to reinforce an integrated Talent Lifecycle strategy and leadership expectations to sustain and propel business success.

Working with the CEO of a mid cap company, Expert implemented a metric driven process that delivered 100% completed performance feedback as well as horizontally and vertically linked fiscal year goals.

Expert championed and led the re-structuring of job architecture in multiple organizations including a Fortune 50 Company. The Fortune 50 effort impacted over 6,000 marketing employees worldwide and required close partnership with multiple works councils as well as cross business support and participation. She led similar activities for a mid-cap company with a special emphasis on commercially focused roles that directly impacted top and bottom line growth.

She has partnered closely with Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors on the creation and implementation of executive compensation programs.

As both an in-house executive and HR consultant, Expert has led the selection and implementation of multiple HR systems.

Expert has over 20 years experience leading the Human Capital aspects of business due diligence integration planning and management for over 30 acquisitions and mergers (both global and well as US specific), Her expertise and multiple years experience resulted in her being nationally recognized as an M&A Human Capital Planning and integration expert. She is also a published author on the topic.
While serving as an HR executive for a Fortune 50 company, Expert drove the design and implementation of a software application to track merger / acquisition / divestiture activity for a multi billion division that was doing over 3- 5 acquisitions per quarter. The application became the de factor tracking tool for all organizations (finance, legal, IT, HR, etc) within the company that were involved in M&A and divestiture activity.

Expert has deep experience in developing and implementing talent strategies that drive business imperatives. She led the development and incorporation of a talent development goal setting and performance feedback process that linked company initiatives, identified enterprise level risks, division, department and individual goals into a first ever, easy to understand and track process for all employees.

She partnered with leadership at all levels to create position profiles and a career matrix that provided a framework for cross team / individual development as part of career development initiatives.

Expert led company wide initiatives to embed succession and talent discussions into companies DNA. She successfully led efforts to have talent discussions at the executive level and below including identification of critical roles, key players and development of retention / mitigation strategies for each.

She created frameworks whereby identified success factors (technical, cultural and behavioral) were embedded into job descriptions and used effectively to source, interview and select individuals that would thrive in and reinforce the desired culture of a company while driving company success.
