•Spearheaded efforts to establish capability in Ningbo and Luzhou, China to produce threaded adapters, TTC hose fittings and STC adapters to common Eaton designs. This represents $20M in business.
•Provided a single point of contact for all technical questions to support sales efforts in Australia, China and Japan.

•Managed team that developed aluminum roll formed air conditioning fittings, allowing Eaton to capture an additional $3M per year in tube and hose assembly sales at Volvo truck.
