He has provided the qualification of CVD Al, CVD Cu, gate line W evaluation and ALD process development. He has completed an X-Ray panel manufacturing evaluation and provided complete factory sizing and setting up comparison on alternatives for recommendations. He has also completed an IC etch processing gas evaluation and provided a variety of industrial practicing process gas with insight of the future process requirement. He has conducted an evaluation of high-temperature Ohmic Contact methodology and provided information of industrial practice for IP validation. Expert provided an onsite process evaluation for FPD etch process development. After completing the evaluation, his client has been granted a US patent.
