Mrs. Expert has a long-standing history and reputation within the American Agency System. Her nearly three decades of experience in the field prepared her for her former work as the Vice President of Education educator for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) and many others. She has earned five insurance designations, two of which she authored. She has taught hundreds of courses to students in dozens of states during state association meetings, at the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America’s National Conference, and for the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada. She is a natural leader and orator. Her executive experience and work consulting to insurance agencies for many years has given her a unique perspective on the agency system. She also has been involved for decades in the development of standards for the insurance practice. She has been actively assisting agencies in improving sales and management practices and has personally worked in those areas. Her work has been published in state and national insurance agent publications such as the IA Magazine and the Florida Underwriter.

She assisted a large agency in South Florida with staffing a workflow problems so that they could remain profitable. She worked with them to create a new culture; they had grown from a very small shop to a larger one so quickly that they had not transitioned well into various management and supervisory structures. Her work as acting COO/retained consultant for a software user group helps the group provide a higher quality service to the member. The cultural changes she's made for them as they transition to a new CEO has kept the strategic plan on track. Her work with agencies over the years at the association answering thousands of management questions by email and telephone helped the association grow and members to be more productive.
