While trying cases, she not only tried cases in court, she gained significant experience with alternative dispute resolution, both as a participant and as an arbitrator. In recent years, her professional career has involved the management of claims of litigation, with much focus on cases involving complex coverage questions and bad faith. Expert understands all aspects of the insurance claim from filing through to appeal and can be an immense asset to the practitioner on either side who needs objective expert assistance.
