Expert served as Professor of Marketing & Entrepreneurship for over a decade before promotion in 2017 to her present professorship. This position was preceded by her term as Professor of Marketing (1996-2002) and as Associate Professor of Marketing (1977-1986). Before this, she served as Assistant Professor of Marketing (1973-1977). Additionally, Expert was Director of an institute of marketing. She has served on the editorial review board for the Journal of Marketing for 2 years, as well as for the Journal of Health Care Marketing for 8 years. She has been teaching Ph.D. seminars in Marketing Strategy for 5 years. She has taught an MBA Core Course in Marketing Management for 18 years. She has a variety of publications regarding marketing.
