Unlike an academic, Expert has real-world, big-brand experience in determining if a party is following established licensing agreements. He has testified on numerous cases involving licensing compliance.

He has consulted on global/national brand identity strategy and design for over 200 major consumer packaged goods brands including Gillette Mach 3, Venus and related brands. He has consulted on establishing the likelihood of consumer confusion and trademark infringement between national brands and private label/store brands.
