Expert lectures and consults internationally on the post secondary education/training markets including traditional universities, vocational/training programs and community colleges, emerging corporate universities and the private/for-profit institutions. He is on the editorial board of "On the Horizon," a refereed journal that is also available on the internet. He has interests in the areas of knowledge management, complex dynamics, and planning models.
Expert is a futurist who works with public and private sector clients to develop new products, services and technologies that are environmentally and socially responsible. A former tenured professor of environmental sciences, he has been an invited plenary speaker and consultant on topics ranging from the future of higher education to biomass energy.
