Organisations have seen significant savings in both the implementation and the accreditation of their management system. A number of mandays can be saved in the initial and ongoing external assessment due to effective integration. He has trained at all levels within organisations to understand their system and to implement effective monitoring and auditing programs. In addition he has developed a unique 'Funnel' system to demonstrate the effectiveness of integrated management. He also has implemented many management systems in the construction industry where in one instance the organisation saved foreman hours on paperwork, reduced documentation and increased the productivity within the business.

He has also delivered emergency response training in relation to oil and chemical spills which relates to ISO 22301 - Business Continuity, ISO 14001 - Environment and OHSAS 18001 - Health & Safety where each Standard places a requirement on implementing an emergency preparedness and response plan. This is coupled with effective training.

Implemented a management system involving 5 standards (Business Continuity, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Information Security) and took the organisation from start to succesful accreditation within 9 months. This was a Facilities Management company operating on behalf of a very wealthy Royal Family in the Middle East.He succesfully developed a Health & Safety system for a small organisation in trouble with the authorities. After completion the governing body released their covenants and allowed the company to continue to trade.He has assisted in the management program for a Global financial trading organisation helping them implement systems for Business Continuity and including the Financial Service Authority regulationsImplemented an ISO integrtaed management system to include ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 where the client as MD can now focus on his business at strategic level. This means the business virtuallu runs itself and means the MD has a more balanced lifestyle
