Expert achieved distribution in over 35 retailers, including Walmart.com, Shoebuy.com, Amazon.com and Sears.com and secured two United States, one Canadian and one Japanese patent.

Gained organizational buy-in, developed roles and responsibilities, trained personnel, built legal sourcing organization, and managed one of largest request for proposal processes for legal services ever undertaken.

Designed legal and lobbying sourcing strategies, and built a group, which reduced legal and lobbying costs by 11% globally within two years of project inception. Developed a Marketing Sourcing strategy, built a group, and created an innovative strategy for marketing list services that resulted in $700,000 in annualized savings and a $750,000 increase in profit annually, on a category spend under $5 Million.

Developed a legal sourcing strategy for News Corp/Dow Jones, responsible for supporting all News Corp legal expenditures. Gained management buy-in, trained staff, developed processes and facilitated a request for proposal for all News Corp law firm expenditures.
