Expert has created the end to end functional framework for Logistics Management Software applications like TMS/ WMS/ Inventory Management etc. Has also created the complete IT solution for Information Management including Visibility and flow of information across various systems/ processes in relevance to Logistics & SCM in the country.

Expert has direct experience in Construction Project Management, across various industrial sectors like Petrochemical, Power and Chemical etc in India. He had created and deployed Project Management Schedules with relevant Vendor Selection/ Management, Internal Resources Management/ .Optimization to deliver and commission plants as per schedule.
He has also handled the end to end Contracting with Contract Management including Contract RFP/RFQ, Bids management and evaluation, contract negotiation and finalization etc.

Expert had provided the end to end logistics business process consulting for a major OEM in India across their Inbound Logistics Operations. He had created the first of a kind single window inbound logistics operations model to handle the inbound from 30+ locations in India across 350+ suppliers based on delivery schedules.
This solution was designed and deployed by Expert in a period of 16 to 24 weeks wherein the savings in terms of reduced logistics cost, increased control and visibility and reduced deployment of client resources into the operations.

This project was designed and deployed to reduce the inventory holding and bring in a VMI model which is under progress. Expert as the lead consultant implemented an IT enabled logistics business process re-engineering solution across the captive logistics division with more than 250+ fleet for a major brewery in India. Typical focus on implementing standard operating procedures aligned with industry best practices to bring in operating efficiencies all across.

Expert deployed the entire solution within 28 to 32 weeks which resulted in a 40% increase in turnover and 22% increased fleet utilization. Expert had deployed complete market research (primary & secondary) for intelligence reporting and advisory services a major German logistics player interested in investing about 100 Mn USD in the Indian logistics space. The complete business case and plan for a 3 year look ahead was created and provided to the client as a part of the consulting assignment Expert had deployed complete interplant distribution for steel production for a major tube manufacturer in India. Typical volumes handled are in the range of 2 MTPA. Entire distribution had been optimized and new operational model and framework designed and deployed. The entire project had been started off with distribution optimization to reduce overall inventory costs in the long run which is under progress.
