Expert in Lubricants and Asphalt products and applications
Expert was responsible for formulating a polyurea line of lubricating greases that were used in critical automotive applications such as constant velocity joints at the time they were new to the automotive industry, packed for life wheel bearing spindle assemblies ( also a new concept at the time). He was also responsible for working with additive suppliers to develop heavy duty diesel engine oils that met and surpassed rigorous industry standards.
He formulated polymer modified asphalt products that were used in highway projects in many states particularly when this technology was new.
His career of 31 years in R & D in petroleum products area has resulted in numerous product improvements of lubricants, engine oils, and asphalt products to keep BP Amoco product lines up to date and viable.
After spending over 31 years in Research and development Department of Amoco, and Bp Amoco, Expert feels biased. But in his view, R & D is a center of universe, coordinating activities between product development, formulation, marketing, manufacturing, customer service, and training of clients.
At retirement Expert was associate Research Engineer at BP with background in lubricants, and asphalt.
Expert may consult nationally and internationally, and is also local to the following cities: Chicago, Illinois - Rockford, Illinois - Aurora, Illinois - Naperville, Illinois - Peoria, Illinois - Joliet, Illinois - Elgin, Illinois - South Bend, Indiana - Gary, Indiana - Milwaukee, Wisconsin
