Consulted with Korean supplier of EGR valves for large semis, making design and manufacturing changes that eliminated a virtually scrap product, interchanging it with a superior replacement; implementation led to manufacturer's moving from worst supplier on Eaton's 2002 list to second best of 4,800 suppliers in 2004.Key consultant to a Salt Lake City-based military supplier of B-1 Bomber components, making recommendations that significantly reduced rejects and increased total output by 80%.Worked extensively with the FAA and French and U.S. officials to resolve Air Bus engineering issues.
