He has done his doctoral on the utilization of solar energy for refrigeration vs vapor absorption refrigeration system. He has experience in utilization of Bio gas, wind energy and septic tank biogas for thermal application. Presently He is working in fuel cells and utilization of hydrogen gas for IC engines and fuel cells.

As product development head of Tecumseh, He has worked on the cost reduction of refrigerator and air conditioning compressors components for vendors to bring down the BOM cost of the compressors. As an application head of CFC alternatives in Mafat Lal, He has worked in the reengineering of Foam equipments to replace CFC 11 and 114 to HFC foam blowing agents. He also worked for the cost reduction of cleaning with alternative fluoro carbons.

In the field of renewable energy systems He has integrated Solar energy, fossil fuel, electrical and biogas from Septic tank for process house of textile printing. He has developed the preheating system for textile processes using solar energy.

His main forte of work in the research and development of artificial lower limb, ergonomic design of equipments, thermal energy exchange systems for various processes and equipments like electrical and electronic equipments, plastic extrusion manufacturing processes for reducing the cost.
