He has extensive experience in the heap leaching of gold, having operated in both arid and extreme cold conditions. Expert has developed techniques for increasing the recovery of gold.

Expert is a resourceful metallurgist with 26 years' hands-on experience in base metals metallurgy. He specializes in differential and sulfide/oxide flotation, heap leaching of copper and gold and SAG milling. He has expertise in mining chemicals expertise and in low-grade resource optimization and exploitation. He has served as an adviser on mergers and acquisitions. Expert has studied, practiced and observed superior processing skills; he can apply them accordingly.

Expert has over 30 years' experience in the recovery of sulfide minerals by froth flotation. He has developed techniques for using specialized chemical reagents to reduce operating costs.

Since 2007 he has developed methodologies for increasing throughput in a SAG mill by studying the slurry rheology.

Expert has successfully constructed wetlands and utilized the bacteria therein to clean up plant effluent.
