Expert has experience on 1xRTT, often abbreviated as 1x, is a designation referring to an operating mode of CDMA2000, a wireless technology used in CDMA cellular networks. The 1x in 1xRTT stands for one times the number of 1.25MHz channels. 1xRTT is seen as an improvement over previous CDMA technologies for a number of reasons. It provides up to double the voice capacity of second-generation cellular systems. 1xRTT is not the only operating standard for CDMA2000. There is also CDMA2000 1x Evolution-Data Optimized, or 1xEV-DO. This is early technology adapted at SK Telecom in early 2000. SKT is one of largest 3G wireless operators in the world with more than 21 millions in Korea.

Based on the member's prior engagement, 4G mobile network will increase data transmission rates from 3G data rates, which are currently 384kbps (down-link) to the 4G standard 100Mbps (up-link) and 20Mbps (down-link), allowing more bandwidth for new applications such as video phones, video / audio download and interactive games. The development of a 4G 'packet wireless transmission system' global standard, which is currently under discussion (2004) by the International Telecommunication Union's Radio-communication Sector (ITU-R), has been used by SK Telecom since 2006.

Expert sees Bluetooth as essentially a networking standard that works at two levels wirelessly:

- It provides agreement at the physical level --Bluetooth is a radio-frequency standard.

- It provides agreement at the protocol level, where products have to agree on when bits are sent, how many will be sent at a time, and how the parties in a conversation can be sure that the message received is the same as the message sent.

Expert sees the basic structure of mobile networks includes telephone systems and radio services. Where mobile radio service operates in a closed network and has no access to the telephone system, mobile telephone service allows interconnection to the telephone network.
