He has been a consultant to individual attorneys as well as large corporations such as Metropolitan Life, Unum Provident, State Farm and Farmer’s Group among others. He has consulted on cases throughout the state of California as well as in Nevada, Colorado and Alaska. He has been an expert to counsel for the Los Angeles Kings hockey team. He has served as an external evaluator of Physician Fitness for the Kaiser Permanente Medical System. Expert has testified in numerous depositions and arbitrations. He has provided trial testimony in the California Superior Courts of Los Angeles, San Pedro, San Diego, Indio and Orange Counties. He has provided consultation to both plaintiff and defense counsel in all forensic settings.
