He has served on a number of landmark cases, including the Agent Orange Vietnam Veterans litigation, which was the largest personal injury settlement in the world at that time; the Shilling Case in Ohio, where the Ohio Supreme Court unanimously qualified him to testify regarding causation in a gasoline -- multiple sclerosis case; and the Bonner Versus ISP Technologies, where a United States Appeals Court approved Expert's methods in forensic neurotoxicology.
